It's the bear-necessities.
Mowgli, an orphaned man-cub is taken in and raised by a family of wolves, deep in the jungles of India. As he grows, tensions rise between his animal companions and his human nature, as human-weary Shere Khan the tiger threatens his peaceful way of life. For his safety, Mowgli is urged to venture to the nearby human village, a decision that would force him to abandon all he knows in favour of safety.
Rudyard Kipling's wild tale is brought to vibrant life in this painstakingly beautiful hand drawn animated classic that heralded the end of Disney's silver age.
